Brought a gorgeous car yesterday from the team, who were great and answered all my questions. I had many as this was the first car I've ever brought. The car had a slight unforeseen issue, I raised it with Sam and within half hour he came and sorted the issue. Would highly recommend !!

1st Impressions when ya pull up.All cars neatly presented, forecourt exemplary, proper professional outfit, met by owners, smartly dressed in uniform, things that i look for when visiting a place, shows how its run, the 2 men couldn't have been nicer, went out their way to show us everything we asked about, all paperwork was present, 1 man took us on test drive, advising me where to go and the speed limits, on slow and fast roads so I could examine the car properly, The car was immaculately clean, Price was spot on for what I wanted, Very present experienceWould 100% recommend Top marks to these 2 guys 👍

I visited a few weeks ago for a new car, the team were great and polite. They took the time to show me around and listen to what I needed exactly. The site itself is clean and the cars are displayed very neatly. My new fiat is a great car and exactly what I was looking for! Would definitely recommend from start to finish.

Bought a car of this dealer, it was an old car so issues were expected however after contact the dealer he sorted all what was necessary with no time. Great service, you won’t experience this from many this days.

I bought a Peugeot 2008 from this garage a few weeks ago. The team were all great, they listened to exactly what I needed and gave me the time to check the car over and test drive with no pressure. The car drives well and is in great condition. All the cars history was there too. The car had a new mot and service so i was able to drive away with it the same day after they gave me a few hours insurance to get it home. After a bad experience recently with another car garage I didn't think I'd trust any car garages again but SA cars have restored my faith in car garages. Would definatly recommend using this garage! Having recently purchased a Fiat 500 from SA we have to say their service and aftercare has been amazing. No pressure whilst browsing and a fair straight forward part exchange offer was made for our old car, they even let us take the car for a full test drive on our own with no hassle. After purchasing one minor issue that arose was sorted as soon as we mentioned it to Nick with no fuss. We would use them again and happy to recommend to anyone. Fantastic service from start to finish, saw the car on Tuesday evening, sent message, they called the same evening. Went to view the car on Wednesday, drove home with it the same evening. Good that the cars have already been serviced and have MOT as this stops the process being delayed. Sorted the tax out whilst at their offices, all the paper work was done, V5 all filled out for us, bank transferred the money. Ardita, Nik, Sam all lovely, very friendly lovable friendly people, really nice, offered a drink when we walked into the office, very nice and friendly, even had banter and a laugh about my daughters insurance telephone call, we decided to all call her 'Debbie' they will understand this :-) thank you again to all 3 of you, even though Sam wouldn't budge (they will also know what that bit is about too) :-))

I was looking for a car for my Son in law. I saw this Fait Punto. The Sales Person was excellent. I told him I was looking for someone else. He accepted that and still took the time to show me the car. I came back the next day for a road test. They let me take the car for a road test, even though I could have been a time waster. I liked the car so much I bought it, because of their service of which I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. They have some lovely care at amazing prices. Purchased a Vauxhall Astra GTC and the service we received was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the car was ready to go. They put it through a fresh MOT and fixed the advisories as he wanted a clean MOT, car was serviced and valeted. It’s a nice professional set up and properly done. Very polite, honest and made sure we were 100% happy. I’m a bit funny on car dealers but would happily recommend SA Cars to anyone. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I had been looking for a new car for a while and SA Cars was definitely the best experience all around. Great selection of cars / price points (although small in comparison to some places we went to), great customer service, all of the cars were accessible for a test drive. What really stood out and was super helpful was the data sheet on the dash of the car with the specifications incl. Tax cost and key service history points. The only thing I would suggest they do to improve on this would be to specify on this data sheet whether a vehicle is ULEZ compliant, but when asked they would generally know or be able to confirm - so this is a very minor thing. It was also reassuring to know that every car comes with a service, 1-yr MOT and at the time I purchased, 1-yr free AA basic cover.

Amazing customer service and integrity. I purchased the car online without actually seeing it until it was delivered. SA Cars discovered an issue with the wiper motor so they wouldn't deliver the car until they sourced a replacement. Once delivered the car didn't disappoint. I did notice the air-con wasn't as cold as expected so I made contact and without hesitation was asked to get it sorted locally as we live about 150 miles away and they refunded the cost. Thanks for your efforts in making this a positive experience and really appreciate your integrity.

Excellent service from the dealership when buying my car which literally took a few days. The dealer was friendly and is very accessible over the phone with speedy responses. The car needed a new cam belt which he kindly offered to sort for me. Along with some work needing to be done to the tyres, which again, he paid for. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and is the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership.

My daughter recently bought her first car back in August, Skoda Fabia from SA Cars, we were given a list of items that had been fixed or replaced for the MOT along with service items by Niko after road testing the car. She purchased the car and driving home when she collected found a few other items that we asked if Niko could look at, he said he would get sorted for her and asked to drop the car back for a few days, which we did, pleased to say Niko got the items sorted with no hassle and was very pleased that she was more than happy with fixed items.In short very helpful, and resolved issues ASAP, would recommend the SA Cars to other as Niko went over and above to make sure my daughters car perfect.Nothing but good words about them

I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee and went to look at SA Cars Derby, they had a renegade but was met by a lovely lady who said the Boss was on his way, he arrived and told us he had a Cherokee coming in that morning and to come back in an hour, we came back and the car was in, a beauty too cherry red metallic shark grey alloys great spec, we test drove it, loved it, and bought it all in about 3 hrs finance sorted, all in all A FABULOUS COMPANY TO BUY A CAR FROM THEY ARE A GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO OTHER DEALERS GO STRAIGHT TO SA CARS, BRILLIANT!!
